Human Resource Manager needed at SEATRUCK GROUP

Seatruck group is search of a complete HRManager
Responsibilities:* Creating conditions, which allow employees to fulfill requirements w.r.t. safety, health, environment and security;
* Assisting company with timely available sufficient staff, suitably educated and qualified, at the right position and location;
* Assisting and advising Director and Management in hiring, training, motivating, evaluating, rewarding,           counseling, promoting, discharging personnel;
* Coordinating activities related to selection and recruitment of personnel;
* Supporting familiarization of new personnel;
* Ensuring personnel interests;
* Illness control;
* Assisting management in competence assurance;
* Forecasting and planning of company manpower;
* Controlling conditions of employment;
* Monitoring effectiveness of company appraisal process;
* Providing management with personnel related data;
* Planning and allocation of offshore personnel;
* Ensuring all mobilized personnel is fit for duty in regard of legal and statutory requirements, provided with required travel documents and medical certificates and trained adequately;
* Co-ordination crew travel and crew changes;
* Adequate assistance in emergency situations;
* Promoting of and ensuring adherence to company policy and Company Management System (CMS);

Reports to:
* General Manager.
Knowledge, Skills & Ability Required:
* General knowledge of transportation, installation and pipe laying or nautical business;
* Good knowledge of the English language both written and spoken;
* Capable to motivate and manage people;
* Good social and communication skills;
* Service oriented attitude;
* Discreet, accurate, empathic personality;
Experience & Education:
* Minimum of 5 years experience HR position;
* Minimum of 5 years experience in offshore contracting business;
* Bachelor Degree;
* HRM courses;
* Management Training.
