Sales Manager
- Sales forecasting and achievement
- Channel/Team Management
- Training and development of sales team
- Strategise and implement sales development
- Strategising and implementation of market plan
- Introducing marketing activities and evaluating results
- Co-ordinating market activities (ATL/BTL)
- Achieve sales targets in designated territories
- Must be go-getter – able to open and close sales
- Prospect, establish, and maintain new and old clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Young and energetic
- 5 years industry experience is required for manager positions
- A good degree/diploma in Engineering Or Social Sciences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident, outgoing, sociable character
- Valid driving licence
- Fully conversant with Outlopk, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Flexible approach to working hours to meet deadlines
- Experience in sales of automobiles is compulsory
